HOW MUCH CAN I EXPECT TO SPEND?
Pricing is determined by the Four Following Factors.
1. The square footage of the home
2. The price point of the home
3. How many rooms/areas you need staged
4. The type of service you select

SHOULD I STAGE BEFORE LISTING MY HOME ON THE MARKET?
Absolutely. You only get to make the First Impression ONCE. Staging actually is recommended to come after the decluttering, organizing and paint or minor repairs through the home. Once you are ready to list your home, you want to make sure that it is ready to be showcased to potential buyers in the best condition.

DO I HAVE TO STAGE THE WHOLE HOUSE?
Not at all! We offer partial and full service packages. For Virtual Staging, we do require a minimum of 10 photographs be submitted for editing. If your property is already furnished, we then turn our focus on the use of your existing furniture and decor, while showing rooms as we find their best intent to be used may be. On the other hand, for vacant properties, we find that the rooms that our clients highly request are the entry areas, living and family rooms, dining room areas, kitchen, main bathroom and/or guest powder rooms, and the master bedroom/suite.
